User
Any individual or organisation using the Site or Service.
Service
The image translation, image processing and related features made available by TranslateMyImage.
API
The application programming interface made available under an eligible plan.

ARTICLE 3 — Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Site and Service. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If the User does not accept these Terms, they must not use the Service.

ARTICLE 4 — Access to the Service and API

The Site is generally available through a compatible browser. Some features require an account, a paid plan or API credentials.

  • The User must provide accurate account information.
  • Credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared.
  • API keys must be stored securely and used only for authorised applications.
  • TranslateMyImage may limit access when necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.

ARTICLE 5 — Use of the image translation service

The User may upload images for which they have the necessary rights and instructions. Results are generated automatically and must be reviewed before publication or commercial use.

The free Basic plan is for personal use only. Commercial use of translated images requires the Pro plan or a higher plan. Credit packs add credits to the User’s account; they do not change the usage rights of the User’s plan.

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful or confidential content without an appropriate legal basis.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Do not circumvent plan, credit or rate limits.

ARTICLE 6 — User obligations

The User is responsible for the content submitted, the instructions provided and the use made of generated results.

  • Respect applicable law and third-party rights.
  • Review translations, layout, terminology and brand elements before use.
  • Keep account and API credentials secure.
  • Notify TranslateMyImage promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

ARTICLE 7 — Provider liability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect results for every image, language, font or layout.

However, the Provider shall not be held liable in the following cases:

  • Misuse of the Service by the User.
  • Content or rights supplied by the User.
  • Third-party services and networks outside the Provider’s control.
  • Temporary interruptions required for maintenance, security or upgrades.

ARTICLE 8 — Privacy policy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The User may consult it at any time through the Site.

ARTICLE 9 — Intellectual property

The Site, Service, software, branding, documentation and original content remain protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the Service as intended.

The User retains responsibility for the rights in uploaded content and must obtain permission to translate or publish third-party material.

ARTICLE 10 — Personal data and confidentiality

The parties must protect confidential information received in connection with the Service. The User must not submit personal or confidential information unless the processing is lawful and necessary for the requested workflow.

ARTICLE 11 — Liability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties that every generated image will be accurate, complete, available or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer rights.

ARTICLE 12 — Changes to the Terms

The Provider may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law or security requirements. The latest version is published on this page with its effective date.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

ARTICLE 13 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the rules applicable to the User’s situation.
